Dennis Stevens

 

During 25+ years of delivering solutions to businesses, Dennis has combined his business, software engineering, organizational, process improvement and project delivery experience into a systematic and practical approach to reach breakthrough success for clients. Over the past 20+ years Dennis has led start-up, project recovery, and business transformation initiatives yielding rapid results that exceeded client expectations. He is passionate about how leadership, Project Management, and Enabling Technologies can greatly increase organization’s ability to profitably create value for their customers.

His expertise is recognized by the Project Management Institute, (he was the Deputy Project Manager of the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model Second Edition), as well as technology thought leaders (he has been published in several magazines including the June 2008 Harvard Business Review article "The Next Revolution in Productivity"). Dennis was a significant contributor to the development of Microsoft's Business Architecture offering.

Dennis was awarded the Naval Commendation Medal by the Marine Corps during Desert Storm for his service as a Marine Reservist and he played a role in Operation Fiery Vigil which involved rescue and recovery operations following the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in the Philippines. Dennis originally attended Florida State University on a Violin scholarship. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development and Psychology.
