This 3 day workshop is for experienced Agile coaches, existing Kanban practitioners, and those who have previously taken David J. Anderson's Kanban class. This workshop is intended to be an interactive collaborative session designed to facilitate knowledge sharing and learning. The class will be divided into approximately 10 sections with a slide presentation or tutorial from David to introduce each section. The goal is to enable participants to go back into the field and successfully coach Agile/Lean transitions using the Kanban approach. Each participant will received a personal recommendation from David J. Anderson as a result of participating in the class.

David is a founder of the Lean Software & Systems Consortium, a not for profit organization that seeks to bring a new level of professional conduct and capability to the software and systems engineering professions. David also helped create the Limited WIP Society a loosely affiliated organization to encourage the development of a community of people using Kanban (and other pull) Systems in software engineering and project management.

His expertise is recognized by the Project Management Institute, (he was the Deputy Project Manager of the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model Second Edition), as well as technology thought leaders (he has been published in several magazines including the June 2008 Harvard Business Review article "The Next Revolution in Productivity"). Dennis was a significant contributor to the development of Microsoft's Business Architecture offering.

With over 12 years of experience as a software developer, designer, and architect for agile projects in the areas of Telecommunication and Transportation, Daniel has a wealth of technical and industry experience from which to draw. At SprintPCS, he helped introduce agile methodologies at the company's internet business unit, sprintpcs.com. It was at Sprint that Daniel began his long term association with David Anderson.
